A collection based on perfume is the basis of Lebanese duo Azzi and Osta’s haute couture autumn-winter 2021-22 collection. As scents are personal to an individual, the looks from the collection are personal to a woman’s style taste, with looks mirroring the creation of the sweetest perfume.

Desde entonces, los diseñadores han sobresalido en el mundo de la Alta Costura por sus siluetas arquitectónicas y detalles minuciosos que hacen que cada pieza que firmen sea única. La línea conductora de su nueva colección surgió de un lugar inesperado: el Museo del Perfume en la localidad de Grasse en Francia. Ahí, los diseñadores descubrieron el universo cautivante de las esencias y se dieron a la tarea de capturar a través de telas etéreas el perfume que deja en el aire una flor que se cosecha en el campo. El resultado de este objetivo culminó en una colección sofisticada que evoca una discreta alegría.

Il glamour degli anni Novanta ha ispirato la Collection 6 di Azzi & Osta, brand del duo formato dai designer libanesi George Azzi e Assaad Osta. La collezione rievoca il periodo in cui i due creativi erano ancora degli adolescenti e già realizzavano i primi sketch e le moodboard, e mettevano da parte tutto ciò che potevano per acquistare tessuti pregiati.

In the stunning location of an artist’s studio, clothes were shown both on models and on dress stands. The combination was perfect since the silhouettes could be appreciated yet the opportunity to examine the work and to understand the creative process to achieve the magical looks was also clear.
